This is what I made and bring home from the class.
Everything is provided in the class, all you need to bring is just a pen to jotted down notes that the Sifu highlight.
This round having 2 friends joining me the class was really fun and we had lots of laughter.
As I'm also considered quite new to baking, mistakes are often made and jokes keep come out.
Downside of the course, lots of washing need to be done. You got to wash all the utensils that you use. Also if you don't speak up and ask, the Sifu will not tell you in detail. He will just check every of your process and help to amend as we go, w/o stating where when wrong.
But the moment you ask, he is willing to share.
So if come to the lesson, don't be afraid and ask them why why why.
Also there are a few good bakers there, they are willing to help you when they see us struggling.
Overall nice experience.
