Hello Kitty handphone Pouch

Hooray, I finally complete sewing my handphone pouch.
It is a cute kitty made of felt.

Had been sewing for quite sometimes as I'm only manage to sew a bit by bit at night. But if concentrate doing, guess it can be complete in 4~5 hr time.

So below is what you need:
Felt
Treads
Needle
Scissor
Ribbon
Velcro or studs or button
White glue (optional)
Your favorite character, here I choose Hello kitty.

Now cut out the template of the hello kitty. Then trace it on the felt and cut it out. Remember every set needs 2 piece as there should be front and back.

I choose Kitty as the cartoon character I want.

Cutting the template out
You will also need 2 base where I choose black. Now lay down the cuts out and position it. You may put a dab of glue to secure it.

Well is time for sewing. Use the matching color to start sewing them in place.
You got to sew the features first before sewing the head on to the Black base

Sewing Every part together
Once you are done, cut 2 piece of inner fabric, where I choose red.
You need it to be slightly smaller then the black base.

Choose where you want your studs to be and sew it on the red base. You may choose Velcro instead. This shall be your opening for putting your mobile phone in and secure it.

Now sew the ribbon on the red base and this act as handles for you to carry around.

Finally use blanket stitch to go one round and ta dah~ Hello Kitty Pouch is ready to be use.

Isn't it cute... Love it.

My First Android Phone

What the latest trend?? I got myself a Samsung S3.

Sorry, I going to say Sayonara to my Blackberry. As there are less apps, and not too fun. But it is really cool if u like to send email... Or I should say the only thing that blackberry attract me is the keypad. I still prefer the one that can press * ya I know I very orbit*

Anyway, let me talk abt my android phone. Sensitivity not as gd as iPhone, function once, I think is great.

Especially I like the interface or when I use certain apps.. Like YouTube, it is more easy to find videos and allow me to sort by latest when I search for video. Also I could see youtubers profile unlike when u iPhone that don't allow you to see their profile. It is more closer to how it look on a PC.

Bigger screen = more enjoyable when watching video or reading Ebook compare to IPhone.

With samsung, I come to realize there is a apps call ChatON. Something like whatsapp but allow u to draw and calendar etc. More fun n can create more creativity in the message send. Anyway this apps can be use for all smartphone except window phone.. So to my friends, please add this apps so I can send cute drawings to you.

Still in the process to explore.. Overall I really like it. Now I'm a iPhone and android user.
iPhone for games, S3 more for working purpose.

If u using android phone, do let me know what kind of apps is cool to install.

Fairytale Theme polymer clay

I'm done with my 2nd batch of polymer clay.

This time round, I try to make miniature . I wanted to do like Alice in wonderland with some fairy land thingy.
So I come out with a mushroom teapot house, hopefully the fairy will like it. I also did a cupcake where it state "Eat Me!" (idea from Alice in Wonderland ).
Mushroom Teapot House

"Eat Me!" Cupcake

Then I make super mini grape n mushroom and a bird that look like twitter symbol.

Mushroom

Grape
Does It look like the Twitter Logo
Anyway, I don't mean to make the twitter bird in the first place, but the color that I choose made me feel it look like one. Haha
I got all this ready so that I'm able to find one cute box and make a deco den.

For the owl, is not meant for the theme. If u could remember I did one in my first batch, n I redo it this round as I want a presentable pendant for myself.

Do I improved? Just take a over view of my 2nd batch collection.

So take a look at my YouTube for my 2nd batch polymer clay and more will be coming.
