Dinner @ House of Seafood

Thanks to House of Seafood and 883JiaFM..
I got to go to their new branch @ the Cosford Road.
However this place is really ulu... without car... i don't think you can reach there.

You may choose to sit outdoor which was really nice decorated or indoor with air-condition (their only branch with air-con)

Of cos me and Alan choose to sit indoor.... why?? prefer place which is more cooling.

It was really a hard time for us to choose especially when all the seafood go by gram or Seasonal Price.
What the hack... this meal is like i don't know will i get a heart attack when the bill come.
Netherless we still proceed to order whatever we feel like eating.

Half eaten crispy chicken & Spinach with Beadcurb

A quarter of crispy Chicken which was really yummy and come with pounded small scrimp for you to dip it. Really very crispy and smell nice especially with i'm not sure is cereal or fried garlic sprinkle at the top.
A plate of vege with beadcurb on it. Taste so-so.

That the Mee Goreng

A small plate of Mee Goreng which i feel spicy enough for me but not for Alan. But the dish smell good, and the only things I dont really like is a salty. ( Sorry the pic i took doesnt look appertizing). It come with lots of prawns and Sotong in it.
Finally the restaurant specialty which is Crab. Had a hard time to choose which kind of cooking method crab we would like to eat. I use to eat the black pepper crab @ their Yio Chu Kang Branch which taste real good. This time, some how we would like to try other taste. Finally we had settle for the Salted Egg Crab and we would like to have the female crab. (Love to eat the eggs hehe). However for female crab, they left with the small one which we need to order 2 of it. Well seems reasonable to order two crabs since it is small.
But when the dish was send out... Oh gosh.. their standard of small is a crab that weight at least 1.2kg.
Alan and i were stunned there as we know that we definitely is unable to finish up all dish.
True enough we really Ta Bao half of the crab back home.

Salted Egg Crab

 However, we really like to praise the way they cook the crab. It is really tasty and you can feel the crab is damn fresh. I believe if it is just purely steam it... it would taste great too.

With this amount of food that we order, it cost us $150.50 and after using the 50bucks voucher that i won thru 883JiaFM radio station, it cost us $100.50 for this great meal.

Worth to go again... yes i definitely recommend you to go if you are a crab lover. What more, a restuarant service with no service charge and GST been charge to you.

Try it out with your friends or colleauges or family... a nice hang out place as there is plenty free parking space for you. (haha maybe not alot people know that why easy to find parking slot)
